How do I manage my subscription or delete my account?

After saving a spending goal, the Welcome to the Finance AI community screen explains that Free includes weekly insights plus one AI chat per month, while Pro allows deeper exploration with unlimited Sav chats. Pro is selected by default, while Free remains available. The Pro card lets the user compare and select $89.99 yearly ($7.50 per month) or $9.99 monthly; this saves a future billing preference but does not create a subscription or automatic charge. Choosing Continue with Free does not start a trial. Choosing Pro starts the one-time seven-day Pro trial before the guided Finances, Net Worth, Settings, and Sav tour continues.

The Pro trial starts only when the user selects it, requires no card, does not renew or charge automatically, and returns the account to Free after seven days. If it is not selected during onboarding, it remains available later from the Account page or a chat upgrade prompt until it is used once.

A billed Pro plan is $89.99 per year, equivalent to $7.50 per month, or $9.99 monthly. The mobile app shows the compact plan tag only in Settings; Finances and Net Worth do not show a plan tag.

Each calendar month, a Free-plan user can use one Sav conversation and send up to five user messages in it. Continuing the same conversation does not create another chat, but starting or switching to a different conversation is blocked for that month after the allowance is claimed.

Finance AI does not show a running remaining-message count while Sav is available. When a Free user reaches the monthly limit, Sav keeps the message transcript visible and replaces the composer with an upgrade panel. The panel shows the number of days until the next UTC calendar month and, when the one-time trial is unused, explicitly offers the free seven-day Pro trial to continue immediately. After the trial has been used, it offers a normal Pro upgrade instead.

If a Free user taps the plus button after claiming the month's conversation, Finance AI opens a full-screen blue upgrade modal instead of creating an unusable empty chat. If the one-time Pro trial is still available, the modal offers the cardless trial directly; otherwise it offers yearly or monthly Pro plans. The modal can be dismissed back to the saved conversation.

The server enforces the allowance even if the app is out of date or requests are retried. Onboarding AI training and the guided first Sav question at the end of the main-app tutorial do not claim the monthly chat or consume a message. Pro users, including users in an active Pro trial, have unlimited AI chats and messages.

Pro includes everything in Free plus unlimited AI conversations and messages and the ability to keep more than one custom AI dashboard. Free can keep one custom dashboard. Core finances, net-worth tracking, connected accounts, transaction categorization, and weekly insights remain available on Free.

You can manage Pro from the web Account page opened through mobile Settings. When the one-time trial is still available, the Settings row and Account page both call out the free seven-day offer. Starting the free trial does not collect a card or create a Stripe subscription; choosing a monthly or annual Pro plan is a separate action.

If you cancel an active Pro subscription, Finance AI keeps Pro access available until the end of the current billing period. The Account page shows the access-until date; after that, your account automatically continues on Free.

Deleting your account permanently removes your Finance AI account data, connected account data, chats, memories, settings, and active sessions. This action cannot be undone.

• Canceling a subscription does not delete your account data.
• Deleting your account signs you out after the deletion succeeds.
