Why am I not receiving Finance AI emails?
Troubleshoot missing sign-in codes, setup reminders, and weekly insight emails.
Quick answer
If your email code does not arrive, check Spam, Junk, Promotions, and Updates first, then confirm you entered the right email address. Optional setup reminders and weekly insight emails can be turned back on from the web Account page.
Steps
- 1If you do not see your sign-in code, check Spam, Junk, Promotions, and Updates folders for Finance AI.
- 2On web, the sign-in form is for existing accounts. If you are new to Finance AI, choose Download now from the home page to open a desktop download page with a QR code you can scan with your phone, or download the app directly on mobile.
- 3On mobile, tap Log in if you already have an account, then make sure the email address is typed correctly before requesting a sign-in code.
- 4If you are creating an account on mobile, tap Create account, continue through the setup intro pages including the Sav assistant intro, enter your legal first and last name, then enter your email to request a sign-up code. After entering the code, continue through Face ID or Touch ID setup, the Sav Weekly Insights intro, and the notifications screen if permission is not already allowed, then start onboarding. The single spending goal intro appears later right before saving the spending goal.
- 5Wait a minute and request a new sign-in code if the first one does not arrive.
- 6If weekly insight or setup reminder emails stopped, sign in on the web and open the Account page.
- 7In Email updates, turn setup reminders and weekly insight emails back on if they are off.
- 8Contact support if sign-in codes still do not arrive.
Emails you cannot turn off
Finance AI still sends required account emails such as sign-in codes, welcome emails, support replies, and billing notices even if optional email updates are disabled.
Optional email updates
Setup reminders and weekly insight emails are optional. Unsubscribe links in those emails turn Email updates off immediately, and you can turn them back on from the web Account page.
If an address bounces, is reported as spam, or is suppressed by the email provider, Finance AI pauses optional email updates to protect future deliverability.
When support checks delivery
Finance AI support can review recent email events for the address you used, including sent, delivered, opened, clicked, bounced, complained, failed, delayed, and suppression events. That helps distinguish an app issue from an inbox-provider delivery issue.
